Partners
Partners and Partner Groups are both under Content in the left-hand menu. Partners holds the sponsor and partner logos shown on your website; Partner Groups is how you organise them into sections.
Setting up a group
Create the group before you add partners to it.
- Click Partner Groups in the left-hand menu.
- Click Create New.
- Type the Name.
- Click Save.
Adding a partner
- Click Partners in the left-hand menu.
- Click Create New.
- Fill in the Name.
- Upload the Logo — required.
- Choose a Background Color for the tile the logo sits on.
- Choose the Group it belongs to — required.
- Click Save.
Logos and background colour
Most partner logos are designed for a light or dark background, not both. Background Color lets you pick the tile colour each logo sits on — White, Black, Purple, Turquoise or Green — so a logo with white text doesn't disappear against a white tile.
Reordering
Partners can be drag-reordered within the list — the order there is the order they appear on the site.
Who can do what
Both screens use the same access: any signed-in user can create, edit and delete. Neither is role-restricted.
