Job Statistics

Job Stats is under Site Features in the left-hand menu. It shows the background task queue that runs your data syncs, sends, and other automated work — separate from Job Openings, which is your careers listing. The name is a coincidence; these are unrelated screens.

This is a diagnostic screen. You shouldn't need it for everyday work, but it's useful when something that's supposed to happen automatically doesn't seem to have happened.

What you'll see

Counts of tasks Queued, Processing, Completed and Failed, a chart of jobs queued over the last fortnight, a breakdown per task type, and a table of recent individual jobs with their status.

Manual actions

⚠️ These act on real, possibly in-progress work — use with care.

Button What it does
Run pending jobs Processes queued jobs immediately, rather than waiting for them to run on their own schedule
Purge completed Permanently deletes finished (successful) job records
Purge failed Permanently deletes failed job records
Purge queued Cancels pending work that hasn't run yet. Running jobs are kept

Purge completed and Purge failed only remove historical records — they don't affect anything still running or waiting. Purge queued is different: it cancels work that was about to happen. Don't use it unless you're sure you want that pending sync or job to not run.

If something looks stuck

Check the Per-task breakdown for the task in question — its Last scheduled, Last queued and Last completed columns tell you when it last ran. If a task hasn't run when you expected, that overlaps with what you'd check on Tangilla Data Imports for the sync jobs specifically.
